Scholastica was established in 1977 by Mrs. Yasmeen Murshed. It was founded with a mission to provide a balanced and well-rounded education for all of our students, using English as the primary medium of instruction but placing equal emphasis on Bangla. Scholastica's mission is to build curious, knowledgeable and caring young individuals, who will be equipped to tackle head-on the challenges of our modern-day "global village". They will aspire to become responsible citizens, who will embrace and respect people from other cultures and walks of life, and contribute meaningfully to society.

Nov 15: Aslaan Sreyaan Saha, from Class IV, Mirpur Campus secured top positions in three events at SJIS Interschool Math Fest 2025, organized by Saint Joseph International School.

Nov 13: Afraz Hossain Ayaan, from Class I, Mirpur Campus, received the Bronze Medal in the 8–9 age category at the 4th National Shito-Ryu Karate Championship 2025.

Nov 13: Noiramoni Shayeree, from Class IV, Mirpur Campus, won the Gold Medal in the 10–11 age category at the 4th National Shito-Ryu Karate Championship 2025.

Nov 8: Zarin Ar Nahian, Class XI and Anousheh Hossain of Class XII from Senior Campus Uttara became Champions in the Bangladesh National Basketball Men's and Women's Championship 2025, defeating the girls team of Bangladesh Air force.
