The academic year runs from August to June and is divided into four quarters, with scheduled breaks throughout the year. All national holidays observed in Bangladesh are incorporated into the school calendar.

Aurora offers age appropriate schedules for students from the Early Years through Class VIII, balancing academic learning with physical activity, creative exploration, and social development.
To support excellence in teaching and learning, faculty participate in regular professional development. On Tuesday afternoons, classes conclude earlier to accommodate collaborative planning and professional learning.
